At Alarm Mate, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, we’re here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate a return. We’ll provide you with a return shipping address and instructions.

Refunds

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
• If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.
• Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Non-returnable items

• Certain items, such as digital products or gift cards, are not eligible for return.
